Shipping policy

Jarvis + Jarvis Home ships to all locations, Australia Wide. International freight is also available. We use a variety of transport networks to keep freight costs as low as is possible.

The vast majority of orders are sent directly from our store in Torquay on the Surfcoast of Victoria. Tracking will be provided shortly after purchase to track the progress of your shipment.

If the item is in stock and an order is placed before 12pm, it will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after midday will be shipped the next business day.

We do not ship orders on a weekend or on public holidays.

Some items may be coming from a partner warehouse and in which case please allow up to 10-14 days from payment of your order to time of delivery. We will communicate with you directly on estimated time of arrival. Orders from remote regional locations may require additional logistics and experience some minor delivery delays.

For bulky items such as furniture, pendants or artworks the cost of shipping may vary. All items are a flat fee based on their weight, dimension, and the delivery location. A quote will be provided to you after check-out and prior to dispatch. A full refund can be offered if the shipping is not to your budget. If you would prefer a quote prior to purchase, please contact us.

To protect your furniture or bulky items, we use experienced transport companies to ensure your bulky item is delivered with care. To ensure freight costs are minimized the driver may require assistance. Please advise if this is not possible or if delivery is above ground floor. Additional costs may apply. 

Please note that delivery is to your front door or post box. If you are not home, our delivery partner will typically leave your item in a secure location out of the weather. They may also leave a calling card if the delivery location is not suitable.

PO Box restrictions may apply with some carriers.

If you require additional ‘white glove’ service, please contact us to arrange, additional costs will apply.
