The Armstrong Natural Tile Runner takes the geometric tile motif of the Armstrong range and places it along the full length of a hallway, staircase, or long kitchen passage. Inspired by the old-school seagrass tile mats of classic Australian coastal homes, this natural jute runner gives a familiar texture a fresh, patterned dimension.
Available in 3m and 4m lengths at 80 cm wide, the Armstrong runner suits standard hallways and longer corridors in equal measure. The boucle weave construction gives the runner a 10–11mm profile that feels solid and grounded underfoot, while the tile pattern runs continuously along the length rather than repeating in isolated sections.
Handwoven from natural jute in small batches, each runner carries the slight irregularities characteristic of handcrafted production. The Armstrong's neutral natural tone works across a wide range of interior directions, from Federation homes with original timber floors to coastal properties and contemporary open-plan spaces.
