We offer free shipping Australia wide on all our rugs.
In stock rugs are dispatched from a partner warehouse. You will receive a tracking notification when your rug has been dispatched (24-48 hours after placing your order).
Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for your rug to arrive.
Our delivery drivers will typically leave your item in a secure location out of the weather. They may also leave a calling card if the delivery location is not suitable.
Remote regional locations may require additional logistics and experience some minor delivery delays.
