Home 19 embodies scenes from my own childhood growing up in the Otways. I'm forever finding myself revisiting these images in my work as they're a source of joy by immersing myself in nature. I reflect on this so often as a parent, knowing how important the natural world can impact you as a person. It's taught me the value of being grounded and present leaving me inspired to pass this on to my little ones.
Home has a calming feel with a variety of greens and blues, highlighted with purples, soft dusty pinks, peach and mustard.
This artwork has been created on a custom made stretched canvas ready to hang and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This artwork has been framed in a float frame made of raw oak.
