Jarvis + Jarvis Home ships to all locations, Australia Wide for a flat fee of $9.95 for homewares and soft furnishings, and $19.95 for larger or fragile items.*

We will communicate with you directly on estimated time of arrival.

We use a variety of transport networks to keep freight costs as low as is possible.

The vast majority of orders are sent directly from our store in Torquay on the Surfcoast of Victoria and some items are sent directly from a partner warehouse, in which case please allow up to 10-14 days from payment of your order to time of delivery.

Please note that delivery is to your front door or post box. If you are not home, our delivery partner will typically leave your item in a secure location out of the weather. They may also leave a calling card if the delivery location is not suitable.

PO Box restrictions may apply with some carriers.

*Large quantities or orders from remote regional locations may require additional cost due to logistics, and may experience some minor delivery delays.
