We have a 14-day return policy for online or instore purchases, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for another store item or credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, non-stocked or customer orders that have been specially ordered from our suppliers cannot be returned as a change of mind. This might include furniture, framed artwork, mirrors, rugs and lighting.

Items purchased on sale and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Incorrect Item or damaged at fault product
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will require photos of the damaged goods within the packaging.  Faulty items will be replaced, or if the item is no longer available, we will reimburse you in full.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom ordered pieces. These are items that are non-stocked and custom order pieces. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want is to return the item within 14 days. We will be more than happy for you to exchange for another item of same value. Any balance will be in the form of a credit note. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
