Thom Kadera’s Southside Beachie beautifully captures the serene charm of Southside Beach, located beside the iconic Bells Beach and within the picturesque Point Addis Marine National Park. Using a calming palette of his signature coastal tones—limestone beige, sandy grey, and soft whitewash creams—Kadera evokes the quiet, untouched beauty of this lesser-known gem. The wide expanse of sandy beach, framed by limestone cliffs and coastal vegetation, is brought to life in this tranquil scene, offering a glimpse of the natural allure that makes Southside Beach so special.
About the Artist: Thom Kadera was drawn to creative pursuits from a young age, and the lure of the surf enticed him to move to Torquay on the Surf Coast after studying Product Design Engineering.
It was here Thom developed a passion for his surf inspired artworks. Inspired by locals such as Jeff Raglus and Susan Sutton, he has found his own distinctive voice with his art.
